2. Response in 60 minutes

You will receive a decision within the hour, along with the amount you are eligible for and the repayment terms. We will send you the contract electronically for you to sign.

*If you do not qualify for an unsecured loan or cannot find someone to guarantee your loan, we can refer you to one of our partners specialized in loan guarantees.

3. Receive the amount of your loan

If our proposal suits you and once the contract is signed online, we will send you the amount of your loan within 24 hours.

Eligibility Criteria

You must meet these criteria

I am 18 years old or older.

I am a resident and work in Quebec.

I have been employed in the same company for at least three months.

I receive my pay directly into my bank account.

I am not self-employed.

I do not receive social assistance.

I do not have too many loans with other personal loan agencies.

I do not have too many defaults in the last 60 days.

Additional Information

You will repay your loan over a predetermined period as specified in your contract. You commit to repaying the agreed amounts, failing which the following consequences may apply:

INSUFFICIENT FUNDS PAYMENT

We will add NSF (Insufficient Funds) fees of $50 if a payment is returned due to insufficient funds.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE CHANGE

You can increase or decrease your payment if you notify us 72 hours in advance. Any modification incurs a $35 fee.

DEFAULT IN PAYMENT

In case of payment default, your loan file will be sent to a collection agency. Such an action will incur additional fees.

INSTALLMENT

Installments are calculated based on the risk associated with your loan. In some cases, an external company may guarantee your loan.

Collection Department

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

The collection department will contact you in case of payment default to arrange a payment agreement.

DEBT RECOVERY

All legally incurred expenses for debt recovery will be added to your file.
